Preface
As the total solution partner in the Non Destructive Testing (NDT) industry for over two decades, we have learned that industry has expanded itself from a mere trading business into a commitment to fulfill the needs of our customers and to give support in the continuity of NDT sector.
Ever since we started out, we have been evolving steadily; gaining respects from our stakeholders and mutual benefits from the relationships we have with our principals, as well as providing reliable source of information for our clients’ decision making process. We found that interactive communications with our suppliers and client have been very helpful, not only in providing alternative solutions for problems that occur, but also in finding out how we can improve ourselves in any way possible, to be the best partner in NDT.
About Pratita
Established in 1983, PT. Pratita Prama Nugraha (Pratita) started its business selling NDT products to fulfill the needs of its NDT customers. Throughout the years, Pratita has developed its businesses with clients ranging from oil companies, inspections companies, fertilizer business sector, pipe manufacturers, petrochemicals, automotive and fabrications. The past few years Pratita has also become well-know in the aviation and power sector. Aside from NDT, Pratita also covers hospitals and clinics throughout Indonesia of their medical supplies, device and consumables.
In 2006, Pratita was appointed as the Exclusive/Authorized Dealer of NDT equipment for GE Inspection Technologies (GEIT) in Indonesia.
As GEIT’s exclusive dealer, Pratita is fully aware of customers' needs for quality products, and is determined to take on the challenge in providing continuous supply and maintaining excellent service. Our services cover after sales service warranty, technical assistance, training, and updates on the latest technology to customers.
Pratita understands the true basic of a going concern business rule, is trust from its valued customers, and its national and international suppliers; the very core that brings Pratita to its 25 years of business excellence in 2008. Pratita’s ability in to fulfill and maintain its financial have proven its strong existence today.
With 50 total employees spread out in Jakarta’s Head Office and its branches in Batam, Pekanbaru, and Balikpapan, Pratita makes sure it reaches out to clients. Our personnel’s competence in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology - contribute significantly to the establishment of the workshop and Calibration department. Accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN), this department is a support system that gives much additional value for the exclusive cooperation between Pratita and GE Sensing and Inspection Technology (recently changed in 2008 from GE Inspection Technologies).
In the last few years, Pratita has started its way aiding the aviation industry through NDT. Pratita held the “Aviation Safety Seminar” in September 2007 to provide stakeholders with latest information and to increase awareness of quality assurance and maintenance in the aviation industry, for as safe and reliable reputation.In regard to a number of accidents involving air crafts in Indonesia, it is inevitable that physical as well as technical condition must be inspected thoroughly. Preventive action through the usage of NDT had been effectively useful ever since.
