AcousticEye Dolphin™

The AcousticEye Dolphin™ utilizes the patented Acoustic Pulse Reflectometry (APR) technology that lets you inspect every tube, regardless of size, configuration or material. The fully integrated product comprises a compact, handheld hardware probe that is used to inspect internal diameters of any tube up to 2".

The unit is also connected to a sophisticated software system that automatically processes and interprets the signals and convert them to an easy-to-read report that pinpoint the location and determine the severity of every problem.

The Dolphin solution offers computer-based interpretation that reduces time and costs, as well as ensuring consistency and reducing human errors.

This multi channel/ multi frequency eddy current testing system was developed to meet the most demanding heat exchanger inspections. It can be operated in either multiplexed or simultaneous injection modes to meet the eddy current tubing inspection needs ranging from power utility, petrochemical, food&beverage industries, or any application that requires high speed inspection with multiple probes and frequencies.

GAMMA RADIOGRAPHY

Sentinel 880

Sentinel 880 series of sources projectors are used for industrial applications of gamma radiography to inspect materials and structures. This series of source projectors are portable, lightweight, and compact industrial radiographic exposure devices.

It has a titanium 'S' tube and cast depleted uranium (DU) shield contained within a 300 series stainless steel tube, stainless steel discs are welded at each end forming a cylinder shaped housing, to provide protection for the rear mounted locking mechanism and front mounted outlet port.

The horizontally oriented design gives locking mechanism, source assembly connector and outlet port easy operations, simplifying connection of source guide tubes and projection sheaths.
